Your First Visit to Our Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

When you come in the door head straight to the front desk where you will be greeted by a member of our staff.

You will be asked to sign in (which you will do on each visit) and you will be given some paperwork that tells us about you and helps us understand your reason for coming to see us. We offer our paperwork online so you can complete it in the convenience of your own home. If you are submitting to an insurance company you will be asked for your insurance card so we can photo copy it and verify your coverage and get a quote of your benefits.

Once you have finished the paperwork you will have a consultation with the Doctor or a member of the staff to get some more details from you.  Once we have all the information we need, we will do a scan of your spine with our new state-of-the-art surface EMG or "Subluxation Station" followed by x-rays of your spine.  If you're in pain, we will do some form of therapy to give you some relief as well as instructions for getting you on the road to wellness, which you can begin at home before returning for your next visit.

This first visit will generally take you approximately one hour.
